The velocity matrix is primarily used to obtain area-averaged multi-point air velocity measurements useful in laboratory hood face velocity testing, filter face velocity testing, and other applications. It is ideally suited for a variety of general face velocity measurements, including

An adjustable telescoping extension handle enables convenient positioning and increased instrument versatility.The velocity matrix accessory probe lets you quickly obtain an averaged 16-point measurement over a square-foot area while minimizing the affects of turbulence to produce a stable reading.

Requires pressure meter such as Model 8710 DP-CALC Micromanometer or the meter that accompanies the TSI 8375 or the NEW TSI ALNOR EBT731 flow hood.
